Paypal problem. Missing funds?

Hi guy's, looking for some help here.

Paypal put a hold on some money I had as I sold something and the customer wanted a refund. The person bought it through ebay and I refunded them through their site. Now it looks as if ebay and paypal have refunded the customer because I'm missing both the money put on hold and the same amount again. Anyone had a similar problem or know how I can some of my money back.

Sorry, I ment ebay not the actual customers own site.

    Why did you refund through their site? Unless you can explain that/prove it to Paypal, they won't help because you have breached seller protection guidelines.

    Phone paypal, and ask them to release the hold as you have refunded.

    Next time, it's easiest to call paypal up and get them to do a refund and release hold at the same time.
