According to the one drop rule (at least in America) just one drop of
African DNA makes you Black. However for the logical and practical
thinkers, if your DNA is made up predominantly of Black ancestry THAT
is what makes you Black.

Due to recent developments, we now know that a person can decide if he considers himself Hispanic or a White Hispanic. So why can't this principle apply to Blacks? They get to decide how Black they are or even IF they are. This whole race thing is crazy. I wish it would stop. There are only 2 tribes, the decent and the indecent.
