@ K 1) A 17 yr old CAN be sentenced as an adult. 2) You think we think that 13 yr olds make good mothers? Are you in grad school, a prof, or a union boss, because that non only a non sequitor, its demonizing.
POINT here is this: Leftist media and politicians painted Trayvon as a "child", but when an underage girl wants an abortion to kill a baby, they don't want them to even have to consult with an actual adult, which means leftists belive that young under age girls are not painted as the children THEY ARE but defacto adults. NO CONSISTENCY IN THE POLICY. They are children when it fits their narrative even though they are on balance adults, and are adults when it fits their narrative even though they are on balance children. That's how leftists roll....

a child is a child.....from birth to 18 you are a child....... ive never considered a 12 year old a woman!

Im 16 and I definitely dont consider myself a child, they use your age to their liking especially my parents. "Youre 16 your a man start doing things around the house" but if I want a motorcycle "Youre only 16 youre too young". Same with the law, if a 16 year old gets killed he's a "child" but if he kills he can be charged as an adult....

a 17 year old is not a child, but it is a kid in the eyes of the law, and in the eyes of most of us older than 17 who can remember that we're not the same people we were when we were 17. A 12 year old girl is never a woman, it's just unlike Republicans, we feel 13 year olds don't make good mothers.
