What's with all this Travon Marin deserves justice protesting?
I don't want rage from people, and no, don't call me racist. I want to know why people are protesting, the evidence pointed to him being the aggressor. The police dismissed the case originally. George was seen not guilty, that's the verdict, just deal with it. Honestly, if the jury said he is not guilty, he is not guilty.
If Zimmerman wanted to kill him, why would he have let Travon beat the **** out of his face?

Because people make it a racial thing. If Zimmerman were black this would have hardly been in the news.

So, the next time you are wearing a hoodie and taking a short cut through a gated neighbourhood, expect to be shot at by a watch guard pretending to be vice cops.
You have your facts wrong. Zimmerman stalked Trayvon. Trayvon got worried and confronted Zimmerman. Both made mistakes and Trayvon paid the ultimate price with his life.
Also, the jury couldn't convict Zimmerman with either murder or manslaughter due to insuffient evidence. But if the charge of criminal negligence causing death had been included, they would have had a conviction. The prosecutors were at fault for that.

It's turned racial. People can't handle the verdict. We must respect the verdict. George is not guilty but even Eric Holder is getting involved now.

Here's the thing about the verdict.
In Florida, the Stand Your Ground law defines what constitutes self defence.
And according to the Republican lawmakers that created & passed it, it doesn't apply to this case:
"Dennis Baxley, a Republican state representative and co-author of the 2005 self-defense law, said Zimmerman negated his ability to claim immunity under the law by chasing Martin. Former Republican State Sen. Durell Peadon, another co-author of the law, said Zimmerman "has no protection under my law."

“This law does not apply to this particular circumstance. Stand your ground means stand your ground. It doesn’t mean chase after somebody who’s turned their back.”
-former Republican Governor Jeb Bush

Since what Zimmerman did wasn't self defence, he wasn't protected by that law.
And even though his lawyers didn't base their defence on Stand Your Ground, it's nevertheless the law that should've convicted him.
Why the jury was allowed to ignore the law in handing down their verdict is a mystery.

It's Trayvon Martin - don't get him confused with Cheech Marin. It was a clear case of self defense. But alas, blacks want to be able to rape, pillage, and beat up/murder any other race as these see fit. So one of their own got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and got killed for it, and they are all up in arms. Zimmerman should be considered a hero.

I don't know. Do they not believe in self defense laws? Wouldn't they protect themselves and their communities from aggressive people of another race?
