You must not watch WWE Televised Shows, nor do you go to Live WWE Events. Bret Hart has been on WWE Monday Night Raw a number of times in recent years. WWE did a huge Tribute Show to Bret The Hitman Hart in Bret's Hometown of Calgary, Alberta, Canada a few weeks ago. Bret The Hitman Hart was there, his Wife,, his Clildren and many of his Brothers, Sisters, Neices, Nephews and Friends were there. Bret The Hitman Hart was made a number of public appearances in New York City in the days leading up to Wrestlemania 29, including at least 2 Autograph Signings. Bret Hart has not passed away, you must be confusing him with some of the other Wrestlers who have passed away in the last 20 years.

Hes still alive as well as his tag team partner/brother in law Jim The Anvil Neidhart (Natalya's father). His brother The Rocket Owen Hart and brother in law The British Bulldog Daveyboy Smith (David Hart Smith's father) both died!
