I went to work it was down she had her girl friends over tonight I come home and the seat is up she didn't clean it. Am I being super paranoid or not

Maybe you could have a joke with her and see what her reaction and answer is. Joke something like "are you peeing with the toilet seat up now?", just make sure it's jokey and not accusatory, you don't want to start something for no reason.

You have some serious trust issues.
Forgiving someone is a choice, and a very noble one as well as being one that leads to your own personal freedom. You do not, however, have to still have that person in your life just because you have forgiven them. Without trust you have no relationship worth having. Life is way, way too short.
