Flash "allow" window not popping up when using Omegle so video isn't working.?

The webcam is built in, as is the microphone. I initially used it on chrome and it just didn't work. I figured i would try another browser i.e firefox and it told me that i needed to update my flash to 10 which i then did. I could click into video, my webcam was there as an option and it could be selected but as the adobe flash " allow" button didn't appear the video isn't being transmitted!

Could somebody with a bit of know how tell me what to do!

    Omegle has recently been identified as part of a sexual blackmail and exploitation plot involving Young girls. The individual that make this website tricks girls by playing videos and says they are actual other girls and then wants you to Post video with your webcam of yourself. I advise highly against using this website

    text button works fine but the video button stays loading and doesn't move. i've tried refreshing and reopening the browser already
