This is my advice:

You date those people who your gut-feeling tells you "This is a kind, emotionally well-balanced, caring individual".

After about 3-6 months of dating, THEN you do up YOUR timed birth chart (day-month-year, hour-minute, location of birth) and THEIR timed birth chart. You look for the aspects between your two charts (this is called, doing up a "synastry chart"). And you evaluate ALL of the aspects .. some will be squares and oppositions, and they indicate conflict between you and the other person. Others will be sextiles and trines, and they indicate harmony. Still others will be conjunct aspects, and they indicate a strong draw (which can be either negative or positive depending on the nature of the two planets involved).

One thng you do NOT do .. if you want valid answers that actually predict how things go between you two .. you do NOT compare the signs in your chart with the signs in their chart. And you especially do NOT use ONLY the Sun signs.

This includes not comparing Elements too. Often, we do not get along well, long-term, with people who have the same strengths (Elements) as we do.

Therefore, any answers to your question, as asked, will only give you information that doesn't work out as you expect it to. You will make mistakes.

If you want relationships that last and work, 2 things:

1) Look for someone where one of you has your Ascendant or Descendant conjunct the other person's Sun or Moon or Venus or Mars. This indicates an attraction that outlasts the infatuation phase.

2) Understand what is and isn't important in making a relationship work:

- 65% = Trust and honesty

- 17% = Communication (not for fun .. for problem -solving)

- 11% = Chemistry (emotional and physical attraction)

- 5% = Sense of humor

- 2% = Similar tastes and interests (includes talking as recreation)

If you have Sun in Capricorn, you might have Mercury in Sagittarius or Aquarius. Mercury is the planet of our communication style, and both Sag and Aq. Mercury people like to talk, especially with other Air signs. Doesn't mean it makes for a lasting relationship.

The BEST marriage I have ever seen .. still going strong and lovingly after 68 years of marriage, is between a Sun-in-Aries and a Sun-in-Capricorn. Two signs that are supposedly a real "no-no".

And some of the worst marriages I've seen have been supposedly-compatible Sun signs.

So please don't use the Sun signs for evaluating dates.
