What to say in a sweet 16 speech?
My best friend's sweet 16 is coming up and she wants me to make a speech at it. I have noooo clue what to say and I'm not sure how long it should be or anything. Should I just talk off the top of my head or should I write it down? What should I say in it? Any suggestions are welcome, thankss!

Start off with how much she means to you, then say how you guys met, and mention some funny/awesome memories. Just say whatever you feel is most natural and be yourself. Good luck!

Say like 'yeah we're friend (insert sentimental memory here). Also I would like to thank her mum for giving birth to her 16 years ago' and blah, blah blah.
