GTA 5 Pre-Order Question?

So i pre ordered GTA 5 around april and i noticed a while back that they are saying that if you preoreder from now (probably started two months ago) until the release that you get the blimb, so will i get the blimp since i pre ordered before this offer came out?

    Yes, whenever you pre-order a game, you will get all extra pre-order content that is announced, even if it's announced after you made the pre-order.
