Bamboo shrimp not moving?

I recently placed a Bamboo shrimp into a new tank, and when he got in he was pretty active. But now he is just attached to a side of my cave décor. I'm not sure why he is like this, and I worry a lot about my fish. Maybe the stuff inside the tank? I have a few tetra, they aren't bothering him, and I have a moss ball. What is going on?

do you notice it feeding? using his filter fan hands and eating off of them? if so, you have nothing to worry about. bamboo shrimp arent very active, they just like to camp out in one spot with good water flow so they can catch food and eat

when i had one mine found one spot on the side of the tank near the filter outlet and didnt move around much after that. just ate all day

Bamboo Shrimp will move around to get adjusted or I in other word to find a spot.So it has found a spot. If it is feeding and the color or good then no worries, They do adjust to there surroundings as color goes and that would be light or dark.

They are a really neat addition to any community aquarium A filter feeder that will not attack any other fish I think the more the better.

Make sure other fish are not some of the Barbs (not Cherry or Golden ok) or Cichlids not( Dwarf) you should be fine in A 20 gallon or bigger.

Bamboo shrimp prefer to sit in a current in order to filter food out of the it. This usually means the shrimp parks it on decor that's directly in front of the filter output.

If you see your shrimp wandering around the bottom of the tank, picking at the gravel, that's a bad sign. It means he's desperate for food.
