Want to lose weight Manual Treadmill?

I've never used a treadmill before but i would like to get one. There is one on sale at the moment for £90 but it's manual do you think it's worth it?

    Nope. Damned useless things.

    You have to power it yourself and they can be temperamental, suddenly sticking and throwing you off.

    Save your money and just go outside and run!!
