How to make one of these creepy things?

I saw a picture of the most disturbing, creepy "WTF?!"-inducing thing I have ever laid eyes on and I MUST recreate it. I don't know what the hell it is but I want to make one. Besides a trip to the craft store, where can I find parts for this and how would I do it?

You'll need a doll. Rip out it's face and burn it and make it look old and scary. They also sell scary doll head's only online. The red flower's could be achieved with sewing pieces of felt together and putting the necessary accessories on the flower and hot gluing it to the antennas. You could get replica hands or ape hands online and glue it to wire. To construct the body you NEED wire. And when you are done with the body, weave some thread or glue some thread of some sorts on top of it,,
