They make it in a tribal sort of way.Yes the are completely naked.
Though it's edited to show what they want you to see.
If they showed them completely naked all the time then too many would watch just for the nudity and not how to survive. Human nature.

They are not really naked. The women wear a sort of bikini made of band aids on their private areas. You cant see this because of the blurs...They are not raeally afraid either
