What should I feed my Bamboo Shrimp?

My bamboo shrimp hasn't been catching any food lately, at the moment all I have is flakes and all the other fish eat most of it before it gets anywhere near my shrimp who just hides in his cave. I need something to feed him, I was thinking blooding worms would be great since scraps would be all over the place. Or plankton. Do they even sell plankton?

I have never had an issue feeding mine. When I feed I just always crush a little but very fine. I also feed blood worms.

Does your shrimp spend a lot of time on plants or decor filtering? Or is it picking around the gravel more often?

Ideally it should be filtering more than scavenging.

I would crush the flakes up tiny. The shrimp can filter it out of the water, but the fish won't be able to eat it. You could try spot feeding him with a turkey baster or syringe.
