Who's bird is this it's a Homing Pigeon with the serial number Au 2013 Bison RPC 571 Please Claim it if its yours Email me at livinglazer123@gmail.com And if you know the ASPCA NUMBER PLEASE LIST IN THE COMMENTS! I rushed at it and it won't fly all it was walk away from me. I think it's wing is Broken? So I put it in a bird cage gave it some water and bird seeds and bread. What do I Do and who do I contact?

Definitely call an avian veterinarian and check out the wing. I would research and see if there is a way to tell where the pigeon came from based on its serial number. Good luck!
