What does this update do to your phone can someone please tell me does it fix any bugs? Or anything or battery life or change the icons down to small?

So I have a Protein Shake powder and not sure how many to put in, YES I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, BUT i'm a little confused, The Instructions say

" USED UP TO 3 SERVINGS DAILY.

COMBINE 2 SCOOPS (1 SERVING) WITH 8 FL OZ OF COLD WATER, MILK OR YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE AND MIX FOR 20-30 SECONDS IN A SHAKER OR BLENDER.

USE WITH A HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAM" I do Exercise a lot but i'm not sure if you use 2 scoops or 1 scoop? I think you use 2 scoops and is it okay if I use more than 8fl oz of water? cause it tastes kind of too weird with 8 fl oz of water. The flavor i have is Vanilla Cream and its kind of too sweet so I used like 16 fl oz of water well not water more like milk. Thanks guys.

Ok so if I buy a new graphic's card will it decrease lag for my computer? I'm not using this computer for gaming,or anything. Im using it for YouTube, but I'm not sure how to decrease the lag on Youtube videos or on Netflix. My parents keep complaing about lag on Nexflix and YouTube, and keep telling me to fix it and stuff, so I really need HELP! I'm not sure what to do? Is it cause of the computer? Or the mother broad? Or maybe the processer? Or the video card- graphics card? I have a windows 7 com too, but that ones mine, the one that I need to fix which is my parents is a 2002 OptiPlex GX240 I think. It's really old and slow so what should I do? I'm going to clean the dust out of it so it doesn't have any static.

So lately I've been getting Wierd rashes all over my body for no reason I don't know how I get them they are like little read bumps and then they turn into scabs.How do I get rid of them? Help! I'm going to try to put lotion on them if they doesn't help then I'm going to put hydroproxiod on them or alcohol

And you know what else they do? They took the lighter that started the fire and Threw it in the Fire TOO! At my house, on my lawn, in my yard. Who the Hell does that?! Oh but that's not all! After that they were too stupid and went in my shed where we store our fire wood and found MOTOR OIL and was About TO POUR THAT IN THE FIRE! I TOLD THEM TO STOP MANY TIMES! TO THE POINT WHERE MY MOM SAW AND CAME OUT AND HAD A TALK WITH THEM! And Then they manipulate me and ask if they could spend the night. I said no. So my friend says "go ask your mom and if not ill ask my mom if you could spend the night at my house" I said "ok sounds like a plan". Then after I asked my mom if i could spend the night at his house she said sure. When I go back and tell him HE CHANGES THE WHOLE DAMN STORY AND STUFF! I ate steak from my oven and had no clue it had fly poop on it. Some how those Buzzing Bastards got in my oven and **** on my Steak. I had no clue until I was going to cut my self another piece.
