How Many Scoops do I Put in my Drink?
So I have a Protein Shake powder and not sure how many to put in, YES I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, BUT i'm a little confused, The Instructions say
" USED UP TO 3 SERVINGS DAILY.
COMBINE 2 SCOOPS (1 SERVING) WITH 8 FL OZ OF COLD WATER, MILK OR YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE AND MIX FOR 20-30 SECONDS IN A SHAKER OR BLENDER.
USE WITH A HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAM" I do Exercise a lot but i'm not sure if you use 2 scoops or 1 scoop? I think you use 2 scoops and is it okay if I use more than 8fl oz of water? cause it tastes kind of too weird with 8 fl oz of water. The flavor i have is Vanilla Cream and its kind of too sweet so I used like 16 fl oz of water well not water more like milk. Thanks guys.

Ok, so it says up to 3 servings daily and 1 serving = 2 scoops. So 3 servings x 2 scoops = 6 scoops. You can have up to 6 scoops a day!
Of course you can use as much or as little water/milk as you like to make it taste better, just make sure not to use more than 6 scoops of powder in a day.
Hope this made a little more sense for you. :)

2 scoops in 8 oz of liquid is a serving. If you don't like it as strong by all means use 1 scoop for each 8oz .Milk is more nutritious than water and it won't taste as watered down (pardon the pun). If you eat normally through the day, you would probably only want to drink one of these after your workout. Use plain water to keep hydrated as you are exercising. Try other flavours to find one that you will like better.
