What is this movie with Beverly D'angelo?

I think it was her but not positive. She is in the bathroom and is brushing her teeth or flossing or putting on make up in front the mirror. Her husband for some reason thinks he is dead or a ghost because he thinks she can't see or hear him. He stands right next to her and starts telling her how much he hates her and how cold hearted she is. Then she slaps him in the face and walks off and he realizes he is not dead. It's probably late 80,s.
