Few months ago I had my dental implants done at MALO Advanced Oral Rehabilitation Rutherford, NJ. I did not feel any pain during my extraction. Now after the dental implant surgery my teeth function like natural teeth. It improves my chewing ability and allows me to take any type of foods.

Hi, from what I hear its not that painful (the actual procedure) but sometimes there can be residual pain after while you're healing. The website below has lots of good info on the procedure as well as discussing the pain aspect. Best of luck.
