where can i get a compresser that compress any file format with keeping the same file type and keeping the hd?. big time compressing 90% and keeping the same file type and HD qialitiy. plus i want the exact same video i have (runs same, same quality, etc.) just compress alot

I hate to break it to you, but you are asking for the impossible. You simply cannot compress data and keep the same file type, much less maintain HD quality. There are some pretty fancy file types out there that will compress down anywhere from 3/4 size to 1/8 size. It also matters which file type you start from. MP4, AVI, MOV all have different size to quality ratio. I assume you want to shrink a database of movies down to a manageable size, yet still be able to burn to a disc and watch on TV? Your best bet is to shrink your database and then convert back to your "usable" format when the situation calls for it. Most file types will run on WMP and QuickTime as long as you install a (free) codec. If you want it to play on an ipod, or dvd player, you have to research the file types that function on your device.
