I can say this for sure, TAP-WATER is one of the most unhealthy things for your heart. Why? Because chlorine will scar the lining of your arteries and this allows for plaque to attach and buildup. Had a friend that went to a doctor and found he had clogged arteries. The doc wanted to put him on all kinds of drugs. He got on the internet and researched and found drinking "whole, natural cows milk," helps. He got a cow and drank her milk for 6-7 months. Went back to the doc and got a lot better report. He still drinks his cows milk and is healthy as a horse. If you get a cow, just make sure you know how to clean her properly. Natural cows milk must be taken carefully.

The best fish for these conditions is sockeye salmon, and try to find it at a health food store, fresh if possible when in season, and if not available, get frozen or canned. You may find a mercury problem with tuna, As for supplements, try at least 150 mg of CQ-10, a potent anti-oxidant. Also, at least 2000 mg of vitamin C each day(a conservative dose), as many doctors (intergrative physicians would suggest more). Eat lots of fresh oranges and other fresh citrus fruits. The pasteurized orange juice is junk, simply because pasteurization destroys the vitamins and nutrients.
