Why do we rate looks on 0 to $2 scale instead of 1-10?
Me and my friends have always rated people's looks on a 0-$2 scale, just for fun. Major lowballers too. $1.65 is probably our highest so far. Even the girls jump in on it and rate strangers with us. It's more popular to us than using 1-10. This is one of those frivolous questions we see so many of on this website. But it's 2:15 in the morning and my mind is wandering. Would you rate people on it too?
Sometimes I ask girls on a scale of 9-10, how much they love me hehehe

Interesting concept. I like it. I got all my friends to use a 1-7 scale, just because people get freaked out that its 1-7 and not 1-10. I like the money scale though. Maybe I would go as far as to specify the form of tender, such as "2 dollar bill" for a very attractive women, and "1 dime, 37 pennies" for that lady you saw at WalMart
