There's a weird sound in my ear?

I have tonsillitis and I am on tablets for it from the doctor but last night I experienced really bad ear ache and now this morning only when I talk I can hear myself as usual but I swear its like a robot voice to describe it, is this normal?

    It's either you have air inside OR something's stuck in your ear OR an ear infection. It's best to visit an ear doctor asap.

    you should go to hospital having a check, maybe something wrong in your ear
