I can't register for Yahoo Answers on other account!?

This is not my email and I can't use Yahoo! Answers on my main account--it says Sorry, You can't register for Yahoo! Answers right now

Thanks for waiting to be involved but it appears there was a problem in getting you joined up. Please try again later." What should I do? It has said this for months.

Update:

I am not underage, but this is my mom's account. I guess it would be 'cause of trying to prevent multiple accounts, I guess--but I'm not trying to cheat! I just want to use my own account for Yahoo! Answers. Also I have tried registering on a public library computer and that didn't work either.

Yahoo has made it more difficult for people to have multiple accounts.

Some people have been using multiple accounts to cheat.

So they are removing the temptation.

It is possible that you are underage. You must be 13 years old or older to use this site.

Or it is also possible that there is already an account registered with your IP address. Using multiple accounts to cheat is very common on this site and Yahoo is trying to combat this by allowing only one account per computer or IP address.
