Yes Zimmerman killed Trayvon in self defense. Trayvon had assualted Zimmerman, split his lip, broke his nose and the back of his head was also injured.

She wanted Zimmerman to be guility because he was white but the evidence said other wise. I believe she is afraid of back lash because she followed the law instead of Sharpton's agenda.

I think the public is being led down the '"sheeple" road by the media in an attempt to create dissension.

I'm white and I wanted to see Zimmerman Convicted of the lesser charge of manslaughter.  I understand the Florida law (well anyway, I read it) But still and all I have a problem with the person who instigated the incident by actively following someone (race immaterial) and being confronted later claiming self-defense. 

Stand your ground means Trayvon was being followed, he had the right to confront George.  What the prosecution failed to prove was who threw the first punch. race irrelevant. Over-reaching with 2nd degree murder was the prosecutor's first mistake.  Only witness was the defendant. 

yeah Zimmerman got away with being stupid, he has to face his nightmares every night in prison or out.

She wanted him to be guilty because BY FOLLOWING SOMEONE, he was accountable for starting the fight. It was not self defense.

it is apparently incomprehensible to millions, that the reason for believing him guilty..is BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE HIM TO BE GUILTY, with no racial reasoning or cause.

I'd say she is as entitled to her viewpoint as the 'both shooter and victim "caused" a tragedy' lady... wouldn't you?
