I have a cold and a sore throat.is there anything that I should eat to help?

I always drink tea when I have a cold and a sore throat because tea is nice and hot so it relaxes my throat and some teas have antioxidants which and help with the cold.

I like to eat salty chips when I have a sore throat the chips help scrap the mucus off the inside of your throat and the salt helps it heal also to drink I like lemon lime soda with a extra squeeze of lemon in it
Or if your throat is really hurting heat up a cup of water and add some fresh lemon juice and a little bit of cayenne pepper and drink it slowly I know it sounds crazy but it really does work really well

I can't say that there are many foods that magically cure a sore throat. However it's good to choose foods that are easy on your throat and taste good. Avoid things that are spicy or have a rough texture because they only irritate your throat more. Some good things to try include:
finger jello
yogurt
pudding
fruit juices
hot tea
marshmallows
gummy candy
scrambled eggs
string cheese
mashed potatoes
macaroni and cheese
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
canned soups
steamed vegetables
canned fruit
instant oatmeal

My favorite thing, that is both wonderful for the throat and really soothing, is a cup of hot water with about two tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, and (optional) about 1/8 tsp ground clove.
It's yummy, and really makes the throat feel wonderful. :)

drink alot of warm water. dont eat anything solid. Eat like jello. Try going to the doctors and ask them and also ask for medicine.

Lay off dairy for a few days.
Dairy always makes mucus worse.
