Is the enzyme E1104 vegetarian?
It's in some Korean noodles I bought and I don't know if it's vegetarian. Where does it come from? Is it artifical , from an animal or plant?
I really appreciate serious answers, thank you :)

First of all, this could be solved with a search engine. Secondly, there is no way of knowing. Since animal-sourced enzymes are chemically identical to microbial-sourced, they aren't required to tell you where it's from. E1104 is a lipase, which is usually from animals.
If you can't return it, either donate it or eat it anyway, because otherwise it's a waste. I'm sure if you were made into food you'd rather be eaten than tossed.
