Today i just got new rims and tires for my car and when i was driving home the steering wheek was shaking!?!?
When i was going home my steering wheel was shaking!! Alot to and i went back to the place TWICE so they could see if the wheels are balanced and they said the wheels are perfect, then they said it might be the alighnment due to the fact that its new wheels and rims, is that true?? Im going to mavis tire tomorrow in the morning but im afraid ill pay them 70$ for the alignment and nothing will change

Was it shaking before you got the new rims and tires.
If it wasn't shaking before, go to another shop for a second opinion.
If the first shop did something wrong, take them to small claims court.

A shake is usually and balance issue, a pull is an alignment problem. Sounds like there might be a problem with your new tires and/or rims. Either could be defective, or they simply were not mounted properly.
