I got the new iphone and im screenshotting all my photos through instagram and if i crop it the picture is cut in half in a box shape(almost as if i took a picture with the square setting in the camera) but i really hate that! Is there an app or something where i can make it full sized, where the picture reaches top to bottom

Sometimes when im done running this little bubbly thing appears on my foot and it doesnt hurt or anything but when i pop with something sharp, it seems as if water is coming out of it, and again it doesnt hurt but its just some bubbly thing on toes or side of foot! What is it!?! Lol

When i was going home my steering wheel was shaking!! So i lifted weights just for a bit until the point i realized this is not my thing..so now im just chilling and i was going to take a drink of water and when i bended my arm it feels like my arm is cramping and theres also a shocking feeling in between. Its the most weirdest thing and im a little worried..i feel like its from lifting to heavy or somethig but i just want to know if this is normal? And if it happened to anyone else??

Like i said, when i bend my arm in the form of putting my fist on my chin and then apply pressure by flexing or something it really hurts and it feels like my bones are tightening
