I ran today for 40 mins and then i lifted weights for like 5 mins and anytime i lift my arm it feels so weird?

So i lifted weights just for a bit until the point i realized this is not my thing..so now im just chilling and i was going to take a drink of water and when i bended my arm it feels like my arm is cramping and theres also a shocking feeling in between. Its the most weirdest thing and im a little worried..i feel like its from lifting to heavy or somethig but i just want to know if this is normal? And if it happened to anyone else??

Like i said, when i bend my arm in the form of putting my fist on my chin and then apply pressure by flexing or something it really hurts and it feels like my bones are tightening

I'm not surprised - had I done all that I'd be dying! That cramping could be caused by loss of salt when you sweated it out with all that running. Have a bag of chips/crisps with plenty of salt on them AND drink a few glasses of water too
