Is subway tuna on a 6inch bread good for strict diet?

Im getting a tuna on 6inch wheat bread with all the veggies and no mayonaise. Is that healthy and good for my strict diet? I jog everyday for an hour

The tuna sandwich contains the highest amount of fat of any item on

the Subway menu, even if you leave off the extra mayo. That's why it

tastes so good. I used to eat them myself. But

that means a high percentage of calories in the meal are from fat, which is generally not as healthy

as some of the other choices you could make.

It's not necessarily unhealthy if your overall diet is balanced, but if

your goal is weight loss or keeping your fat intake low, then you

should at least be aware of the amount of fat hidden in the tuna when

    considering your total daily intake.

Subway has menus that list the nutritional makeup of each of their food

items so you can decide for yourself which is the healthiest choice. But

it's definitely not the tuna sandwich.
