What's wrong with my guinea pig?

Question

My make guinea pig has seemed to be really sick lately :/ he has an endless list of things I've noticed wrong. 4 weeks ago he had diarrhea and vomiting that lasted about 3 days and went away. Then in the last 2 weeks I've noticed he hasn't been eating, drinking, or even eating his hay(his favorite!) he's lost a lot of weight and I've noticed that his testicles have even shrunk! I got him to eat some yogurt treats today but that's it. He won't even drink water :/ I'm afraid he's going to die I dnt know what to do or whats wrong. He makes these noises which arnt his usually squeaks and stuff. They're like dry heaving? I don't know how to describe them some of them even sound like farts. Idk. Help please :(

Why haven't you taken him to an exotic vet? you clearly have a very sick guinea pig and he has been very sick for some time now and needs intervention form an exotic vet asap.Please do no t wait any longer get him into an exotic vets office in the morning of you will have a very dead guinea pig/

First of all, make sure he's breathing. Put your hand under his chest and try to feel a pulse. Then take him to the vet. If you can't, then spend some time with him and calm him down. Guinea pigs feel better when they're calm. Keep trying to encourage him to eat and drink. If he eats and drinks he'll have a better chance of living. Also feel his chest for any signs of anything scratching inside his stomach. He could've possibly ate something he wasn't supposed to. Hope he feels better!!!
