My Canna Bengal Tiger plant's leaves are drooping. Can anybody help?

The main stalk seems limp, and the supporting stalk's leaves are now flat against the soil.

Update:

Yes, I have been watering it -- twice a day.

Seems that you have overwatered the plant. Stop watering and allow the soil to dry. Once the soil is dry then start watering them regularly.

Have you been watering it? These are thirsty plants. They like bog conditions.
