I pod nano questions, please help!!?
I-pod nano 2nd generation question.?
I have just been given an I-pod and I have a couple of questions about it, I have connected it to my laptop and the screen is flashing a No Entry type of icon saying Do not disconnect...is this normal? Should the hold button be on or off? Can I transfer music files (MP3 format) directly onto the I-pod? Does it have Bluetooth? Is connecting to the laptop the only way to charge it? I might think of more questions but thanks for now :-)
Thanks Bart. so how do I put music from my laptop onto I tunes? is this possible?

To put music on your iPod you need to have iTunes. Once you have downloaded iTunes you can connect your iPod to your laptop and through iTunes you can select the songs to put on your iPod. If your iPod says 'Do not disconnect', DO NOT DISCONNECT IT. It is normal. Before you disconnect your iPod you need to click the Eject button in iTunes. The hold button should only be on if you put your iPod in your pocket, so it won't play music if it's not necessary and that'll save you battery. You cannot transfer music files directly onto your iPod, you need to have iTunes for this. It does not have bluetooth. You can also charge your iPod by connecting it to a special iPod charger and then you can charge it in a power plug/socket.
