What should I eat before my morning run?
I go for a run 3 times a week in the morning, I either go at 7am or 8am, run 3 and a half miles. I know this sort of distance uses a lot of energy and I want to know what to fuel myself with so that I am not to full but it gives me the energy I need. I've tried eating after my run and I didn't like it. I usually wake up hungry.

Depending on how much time you have between the moment you wake up and go run, I would suggest something light. Running that distance probably is under 45 minutes or activity, so you would not need too much food prior to the run. If you are waking up hungry, perhaps the night before your run, eat one tbsp of peanut butter before bed. In the morning, eat half a banana, or try eating one or two dates roughly thirty minutes before if you are still hungry.
More importantly, it is the meal you eat post-run that needs to be more carbohydrate heavy and lower in fat in order to absorb the nutrients.
