what if a person screwed an animal with the onset of rabies, could that mutate and cause syphilis?
I don't know why I'm asking this but both seem to effect the parasympathetic nervous system and I often wondered if there was a correlation. I am a lay person no education but get these warped idea in my head about the origin of diseases.

No. As I already explained to you, syphilis and rabies are unrelated diseases caused by completely different organisms.
