Do you leave a tip at a food truck?

There is an article on Yahoo today about a food truck worker who was fired for tweeting about not getting a tip. I understand the firing. You don't earn repeat business when you berate customers in a public forum. Do you tip food truck or fast food workers? I tip a waiter who takes my order at the table and brings my food when it is ready but if I have to carry my food from the counter nobody gets a tip. Where do you draw the line on tipping?
