What's the best Antivirus for windows 7?

Things i have tried

Avast - this slows down my system so bad

Whats another free antivirus that has no system slowdown?

    AVG isn't a fully fledged all the features possible antivirus but it still works pretty good.

    I used to have it, it has a nice interface, is trustworthy and works for the basic antivirus needs you want it to work for.

    As long as your regularly scan your PC it shouldn't slow it down as I used to use it before.

    Avira antivirus...

    its size is less than avast and its processes are lighter than avast.

    if you need best AV :

    Trend micro

    Symantec

    Webroot

    and

    Mcafee

    are only AV international and best and trsuty companies .
