What can I do to re-quest INCOMEOF OVER HALF A MILLION DOLLARS....?

That my husband has paid to his ex wife WHO NOW LIVES IN FLORIDA.....with her "preacher" HUSBAND! (no children) FROM MY HUBBY AND SHE RE-MARRIED 1 WEEK after their divorce.....He can't (won't deduct) the amount now totaling approx.$ 280,000.00 on OUR income tax form! We are now in our late 60"s and I find myself paying for everything that we need around the house! Who do I contact to report this incident.....I've "put-up-with it" for 20 + years & my "husband" has had numerous affairs in the past 12 years....SO I"VE DISCOVERED! OH! He gives me a sum of $150.00....................per month! I HAD to stop working due to an accident that I now have to live with...excruciating back Spinal injuries...Since the past 9 + years! I can't go on like this!

Update:

Anybody who lives in Florida....PLEASE.......attempt to answer this...I'm getting desperate! Thanks so very much! MY ORIGINAL "HEAD-LINE should read REPORT Income.............sorry!

Update 2:

he DID try that...and because it was (in the divorce papers) he still HAD to pay..$12,000.00 per year to her....he was a High Paid executive at O'Hare, F.A>A>.....now he works for a Chicago Self park...he's now 74 and works 6 days a week! She works (on the side) as a hair stylist...and always has!

I have no idea what your laws are over there, but even so, there are 2 things that you could 'Try'. .. !/ is seel legal advice/assistance from a top lawyer. (the type that other lawyers fear going up against.) Usually the one's that are really high priced. Explain the whole situation. Getting married just 1 week after a divorce might not be 'illegal', but it certainly smells 'fishy'. Perhaps your top lawyer may have that investigated? Perhaps the marriage/divorce can be proved to be more about making money than about love? .... Secondly,, Whenever someone, 'anyone' plays dirty with you,, there's no reason why they shouldn't expect you to play dirty with them. (but the trick is, to be better at it than they are.) Eg: If you can't get the money back that you believe is yours,, why not send an anonymous letter to the IRS suggesting those people be Audited. It won't get you the money, but is there any reason why they should enjoy it? Even if they have kept everything 'above board', an audit from the IRS would in the least be very inconvenient!! ....... "Sorry I couldn't do better than that, & sorry about your back. I know what it feels like!"
