Getting Internet Explorer pop ups?

Cannot find a way to stop this. It is causing pages to load very slow and also unable to page back. Help, I am at wits end. Using Win Vista.

    You may have some sort of malware on your computer. Often times this comes from malicious advertisements on websites. Visiting certain sites (porn, illegal downloads) are a surefire way to get these, but my wife once got one from visiting the Seattle Times. I would recommend downloading Microsoft Security Essentials to prevent this from happening. It's very fast and very good at what it does. I'm not a big Microsoft fan, but I've never once had another malware problem since I started using it several years ago.

    Malwarebytes is better for removing malware...

    Use a different browser. Firefox,Chrome,Opera...anything is better and faster than the IE
