How can I locate a gentleman named Nigel Young associated with Caerleon?

Over a year ago I was looking for information about ancient Britain and came across a website, which I've since forgotten, and asked a question of them. Nigel Young answered, saying that if I ever came across an old name of Britain to let him know. In reading a new book about the history of the Irish I came across the information he asked for. Unfortunately, I copied his e-mail address incorrectly. He would obviously be someone associated with that location--Caerleon--or a university.
