System Recommendtion?

Question

So I am looking to replace my whole system in my 2003 Nissan Xterra im looking for a something that is nice,simple, but cheap. I've
 found a couple of items that are online that catches my eyes, and want to see what yall opinion is on these.

Sub and amp are going to be custom mounted. Any help would be great and I am replacing my current system in my car so I can keep my current one when I sell my car. Looking for something that would say "BUY ME!!!" when I sell it. If anyone can tell me what combo would be awesome in my Xterra that would be great!!!other suggestions welcomed. Thanks! :)

I will try to stick with your choices as much as possible. 
Head-unit: Sony 
Door speakers: Alpine
Sub: Alpine
Amp: JVC KS-AX5101D (I wouldn't go with either of your examples)

Alpine stuff is better than the other options, plus Alpine is fairly common and people go for what they know. Out of curiosity, what is your system that you are keeping?

For the head unit sony or jvc,  for speakers the aplines or kenwood, subwoofer alpine dont het kemwood subs and amp the lanzer ... id recomend either headunit ,alpine speakers, alpine sub, and lanzer amp... oh and stay away from dual they suck and i would never recomend that to anyone
