Ariza is just another mediocre basketball player ..The Cavs still can't win a Championship even with Trevor on the Team.

Missing piece for what? Make the playoffs or possibly the 2nd round.
Ariza is a good player, just not a scorer. Irving needs some scorers around him, so he can become a pass first PG. They will never be a great team with him being the primary scorer...Him taking over in the 4th quarter is cool, but they don't need to rely on his scoring for 4 quarters.
