guitar soundhole/top problem?
I have an acoustic 12 string. Its only about 1 year old. And at the soundhole, under the bass side of the fretboard, the soundhole sinks a little bit. And this makes the fretboard act a little warped. Its not warped tho, the guitar top is sinking under the bass side of the soundhole. How can I fix this?
More info,
I keep the guitar in a humidified room, around 78 degrees F.
I use light 12 string strings
I only tune to D "Whole Step Down"

Sorry, but the guitar is not well-made. The face is just too weak and is warping from the tension at the bridge. Save your bucks for a better guitar.

well in order for an acoustic guitar to be uniform in it's construction ALL the pieces have to be cut to precise dimensions. Even after construction if it is out by just a tiny bit then as the guitar dries/cures the glue will shrink pulling the wood tight so if there is any pieces not cut just right or placed just right then the tension of all those strings will cause such a thing as sinking or warping in certain places. not to say the guitar is completely bad but out of design parameters meaning that it may worsen but there is no correction possible after it is assembled.

The bracing under the soundboard may be loose. I suggest taking it to a guitar tech for inspection. Don't be too surprised if they suggest replacing the guitar if it's an inexpensive one and the damage has progressed as far as you say, though. They should not charge you just to look at it.
