Superman can throw a ball of paper at the wall so hard that is is going fast enough to ignite from friction with the air. The air ahead of it would compress because he throws it so fast the air can't get out of the way in time. So the paper has enough compressed air to completely burn a lot faster than it usually burns. So by the time the paper reaches the wall, it is completely burned and it is a ball of combustion products (smoke) that is super hot and can't expand because the air can't get out of the way.
The result is that by the time the ball of paper hits the wall, it actually EXPLODES and the explosion takes down the wall, but not because the ball of paper hit it so hard.
