Statisitics (CI)....help please :)?

Can someone explain this: 78% reported an improvement in psychological symptoms (95% CI = 56-94%; 7 studies; I2 = 86%). Particularly, what does the 56-94% mean in relation to the CI? Thanks!

    It means we can be 95% confident that the true sample mean lies between 56% and 94%. Confidence intervals are a way of measuring how good an estimate is.
