Can someone get in trouble for this?

If I go to an underrage drinking party and dont drink myself, and blow a 0, can i get in trouble if the cops come? I live in NH if that helps

    You can not be liable for what others do only what you do, so if you do not drink and the cops come you should not be in trouble but If the party degenerates, in a fight or something else, I suggest you to take a hike.
