Michigan sweepstakes scam or no?

Anyone ever heard of Massive Liquidations? I got a flyer from them this morning and i scratched it and it said i won an xbox so i called and entered the confirmation code and it said it was accepted and is reserved for pickup. how do i tell if it is real or not the fine print says 18 or older no purchase necessary all taxes are responsibility of the prize winnter need vaid ID and must be verified as the designated winner on file with the insurance company etc. How to tell if it is real or not?

Update:

Along with other things they are the same it says 1/40000 chance of winning and the xbox is worth $250, seems the cheapest of the 8 possible able to win

Sounds like the same thing they used to do for time-share condos... You don't get your prize until after you sit through a 2-3 hour sales pitch and a tour of the property. And your "prize" may not be an x-box. Real ALL the fine print, and if you find something that lists the prizes and the odds of winning... read what kind of prize has the best odds of winning and that's what they will give you at the end of your tour.
