My Parrot fish died :( Need help!?

I have had 3 parrot fish in a 55gal tank for almost 2 years. I just found one dead. My tank has been established for years, never had any issues with amonia or nitrites and nitrates. I checked the levels and the amonia is high. I have stress zyme, TLC, ammlock and a water conditioner. Should I add some of those and do a partial water change? I just did a 30% water change 2 days ago and everything was fine. I haven't changed the filter media or added any new fish.

I don't want to lose my other parrots!

it seems like it was the end of the road for him, if the other fish look active well that means your water is just fine, and you should realize that parrot fish are lab fish, they are human made, so they will definitely have a shorter life span than other fish.
